Opinion on Kakimoto

Hey guys,
Was looking at the Kakimoto GT 1.0 catback system and was looking for some input on the exhaust.
I know it's hella loud, but is it annoying loud?...haha, don't really know if you guys get what i mean.
But any other feedback about the system would be great.

Have you ever heard the blitz nurspec? It's a step up from that in terms of loudness. "annoying" would really depend on preference, but definately on the louder side, esp w/o a downpipe.

But if you get it, you're looking at a weight savings of around 20+lbs compared to other catbacks.

Hmm, i've heard clips of this exhaust before, but i want to hear it in person...
is anyone by chance using the kakimoto around here?

I've only heard it on one wrx and that one is gone now. Try doing a search, I'm sure you'll find it.

It's also a lot more expensive than most catbacks.

Belei on this board has it along with a Cusco Downpipe.

I want to hear it too.

My friend has a Blitz Nur Spec + Helix Uppipe + Helix Downpipe.

I like loud, but that's just TOO loud.

yeah, i did a lil searching and found out he has one, pm'ed him for some input...
also, i was just wondering what the diffrence between a USDM spec downpipe and a JDM downpipe is...

I want to know too.

Some say JDM are shorter, and some say they are exactly the same. But if they are exactly the same, why would they have a USDM version, and a JDM version?

Jdm dp are shorter than Usdm ver ones.
The kakimoto requires are jdm one.
JDM dp:
rsr-r
godspeed
cusco
jic-magic (not sure if they still make it)

This exhaust is

IMO it's louder than Blitz Nur-spec.
The pipping is straight and it weights 14 pounds in total
I love it
