Default Cell Phone Holder for B9

Just got my Tribeca. Had a great custom cell phone mount in my 03GT but the company hasn't produced one for the B9. I have one in my other 3 cars, an a6, escort and focus. Has anybody come up with a solution. Tell me if I can post the site for these great mounts and maybe we can create some demand together.

Forester

Are you talking about a panavise? I always thought they made nice mounting systems.

Here is one my friend installed in his OB:

I just went to their site and got the e-mail to the in dash engineer and customer service and sent them an e-mail asking if they plan on making an indash bracket. The more people that do the better the chances

Default Not The Panavise

The product I am talking about is called ProClip.

I'm a newbie so I can't give the URL just Google the name.

You purchase their product in 2 pieces, one custom fits your phone and the other custom fits your vehicle. The only screws you use are to connect the pieces together.

I have a Treo 600 and the mount came with a charging cable built right into the holder. The Legacy setup cost $30 for the mount and $50 for the holder. The are made of durable plastic and are a snap to install and remove. I lease my Tribeca...

There are additional accessories to put multiple holders on a single mount (Ipod and phone) Their holders have the standard 4 hole mount so you could use their holder with a Panavise mount.

ProClip said they are working on a unit but have not set a release date. Check em out and ask for the Tribeca mount to speed them up!

Thanks

BTW the picture is missing from the Panavise site

That's not so bad, it will look a lot better in a gray interior like ours. Thanks for the link.

Inside the certer cup holders are two rectangler spaces designed for storing cell phones I believe. I personally use Bluetooth headset inside the car.

I think the rectangler spots are for Juice Boxes

I like the idea of having the phone out in the open where I can see the caller ID if it rings.

I use a wired headset and ringtones to tell me who's calling.

I use a Treo and it is next to impossible to use with one hand.

Use them as you please but the there is no provision to get wires into there. The console power outlets have corresponding recesses to get the power out of the console but not into the cup holder thing.
