Personally for what you are looking for I would just find a different way to have to drive around if it were to be a little bit icy. Getting All Season tires for the chance that it might be icy seems counter productive. You would lose all sorts of dry traction and gain very little ice traction. Either get a high speed rated snow tire or don't drive when it might be icy...
