Default Just testing the waters - '99 OBS /w RalliSpec WRX conversion

I've been thinking of picking up a used Forester XT /w manual tranny. Curious as to if there's anyone out there with one that'd be interested in trading, or what you'd pay for a car set up like mine. Note, the car isn't for sale YET but it very well might be soon. Feel free to PM me with questions or offers.

Overview:
1999 Outback Sport
115k on chassis, ~50k on motor, 16k on tranny, 8k on turbo
EJ205 /w VF39, RA Gears, etc. (see below for detailed list)

The car has never been AutoXed or tracked with its current transmission or motor. It has been garage-kept all of its life. I'm also a nonsmoker, and smoking has always been forbidden in my car. Jarrad of PDXTuning spent awhile with this car tuning it and it shows.
Again, let me know what you'd pay for the car as-described or if you've got a Forester XT manual and you'd be interested in trading + some cash, let me know.

DETAILS:
---
Powertrain:
EJ205 swap performed by RalliSpec (with receipt)
Bosal Divorced downpipe
VF39 /w STi Pinks and NGK plugs
STi Up-Pipe
Ecutek Tuned by pegdrgr of PDXTuning (The first car other than his which he tuned)
STi engine mounts and dog bone mount
STi version IV axle back with Cobb polyurethane hangers
STi Ver VII BOV
TurboXS MBC @ 18PSI
Walbro Fuel Pump

Drivetrain:
2001 2.5RS Tranny /w rear limited slip differential (R160)
STi RA cryo'd gears installed by RalliSpec in the RS tranny case (with receipt)
Exedy Street Clutch
Hydraulic clutch (NA RS-type) conversion
STi tranny mount

Brakes:
'99 RS brakes in front (twin pot) - Brembo rotors are a little warped, pads are fine.
'02 WRX brakes in rear. Complete rear-end swap out of pegdrgr's '02 WRX - no wheel bearing problems!
Stainless steel brake lines

Suspension:
KYB GR-2s /w Eibach Springs. Have Bilstein/ProDrive/STi struts that need rebuilding I can toss in.
Cusco 20mm rear sway bar
STi carbon fiber strut tower brace

Misc:
JDM intercooler air duct
'02 WRX wheels - No marks
205/50R16 Yoko AVS ES100s with about 75% tread left
Compass pack
Greddy Turbo Timer
WRX Boost Gauge mounted in stock location
'99 RS Seats (From efoo of NESIC fame's old car)
Rear Diff protector (factory)
Front Skidplate by Paul Ecklund
'99 RS shifter with leather knob and boot
RalliSpec hardened shifter bushings
Kenwood MP3 head unit
Pioneer components in the front, Boston Rallies in the rear /w Factory under-seat subwoofer
Titanium tint - 20% all around - Lifetime warranty

Problems:
The clutch squeaks a bit when released at idle. Was told that a new throw-out bearing would remedy this. The clutch also slips when it's cold out if floored in 5th at 3kRPM. Dave at RalliSpec has informed me that I'm right at the edge of what the Exedy clutch can hold power-wise and that an Exedy disc + ACT pressure plate would do the job fine. The clutch holds perfectly fine in normal or even aggressive driving, but I wouldn't AutoX on it. The center console is loose since the plastic around the screws snapped. Easily replaced. There are a few minor scratches and dings. With a little touch-up paint, it'd be fine. There is a clunk sometimes while turning left. It sounds as if something might be a little loose in the front-end. It might be a strut mount - uncertain.

Recently Fixed:
The car has a one year old alternator on it, a 1 year old battery, and a 2 month old A/C compressor and expansion valve. Everything works as you'd expect. Front axles were replaced 3 months ago due to CV Joint wear. New rear brake pads were also put on about 6 months ago.

For pics, go to: PDXTuning's Site

The car was road-tuned by pegdrgr and Ecutek's Road Dyno showed ~260WHP and ~230WTQ.

mmmmmm, that's nice... even in green.

Do you have an idea of how much you'd want? If you were to sell it outright that is...
