I drove in the snow in my STI this winter...It wasn't so great. Despite having the AWD, the tires caused me to spin a lot. But good for donuts in the parking lot . I'm getting all season tires, so it shouldn't be a problem anymore.

contrary to the popular myth, I did drive in the snow I am not dead and did not crash my car.

but as SUB STi said, its harder to drive that all but not impossible. However, I don't recommend it. Due to legality, i have to recommend you full snow tires on all wheels

I'm sorry dude, I didn't mean it as bad as it sounded, I was laughing when I wrote it. It can be done, but it's very dangerous, the going part isn't a problem, it's the stopping and turning that'll get ya'.
