Question 2K GT Suspension

I was just curious to see if any 2K GT owners have modified their suspension.

What's available out there other than springs? How about larger rear sway bars or struts?

Bob

I searched for sway bars and they are not in development yet for the 2K GT Legacy/Wagon.

I will post any place I can find them at.

I ordered the Tein S-Tech spring and Cusco rear sway bar for 2K Legacy.

New Legacy uses multi rear link on rear suspension. I heard it's quite difficult to work on that kind of suspension.......

Tein has complete supsension N/R, N/A, H/R, H/A kit for BE5, BH5.

H&R has spring for 2K wagon.

Where did you find the sway bar, Jason? How big is it? Cost?

Havn't got them yet. So I don't know if it will actually fit. It's a 20mm bar.

I ordered from Bozz Speed in Fremont.

Whiteline has a fixed 20mm rear bar as well as an adjustable rear bar for the 3rd gen Legacy. The front bar is shaped the same as before.

<edit> the adjustable bar is based around a nominal 22mm bar so adjustability is *probably* 20-22-24.

Thanks for the info. I should've known that they are available since this generation of Legacy has been around in other parts of the world.

OK, next question...Any opinions on how manageable would the 20mm bar be on snowy mountain roads? I make frequent trips to the Sierras in the winter time. Oh wait, may be I just answered my own question. The adjustable bar would make sense.
