What is a "broken bulb" harness and how hard is it to repair?

Heh, it's not something you'd need to fix. You're able to hack an OEM bulb and wire it in as a harness for your JDM lights. No one ever does it because it's not very pleasing to the eye. You can always purchase a real harness, and use what's on there until then.
