Default 17" 5 Spoke Subaru Wheels

hey can anyone identify what wheels these are? they look to be like Legacy gt wheels but they are not the same. I'm told that they are 7x17 with a 53 offset. thanks.

if you look at those wheels and compare it to this 2005 subaru legacy gt wheel you will notice the difference.

Check out this page, 7 wheels down. They look similar, hard to tell if they're the same though. From what I remember, I think they were offered as optional equipment on Legacys a couple years back, maybe in Europe?

omg omg omg

I want those. You have no idea how long I've been waiting to find a set of those in the states. Can I buy them? Please?

I'll tell you where they're from if you sell them to me

Actually, I'm not sure which car those specific wheels came on, there is another set with a darker color that I know which cars they came on though. Same design just different color.

These are not the Legacy B4 wheels on that site. The rib on the B4 wheel goes all the way to the center.
Are you sure they are 17? Do you have them or just access to them?

Those wheels didn't actually come on Legacys. The wheels subysouth is thinking of are more of a charcol color rather than silver. I'm not sure where those particular ones are from, first set of those I've seen that are silver. Also there were no BD B4's. The B4 started with the BE's, but yes that was the right generation of cars the wheels came on, BD/BG. I usually see them going for 300-500 AUD, but then again, they're not that rare in austrailia and other countries.

Here are a couple of pics:

Oh yea, true on the b4 bit. Just said it out of habit. And I actually find few if any links to these listed on the BDs, it might be a BG specific wheel. They did however come in several colors on the BGs. I am positive of champagne and anthracite. That looks like it might be the champagne color in the first pic comparing to the silver of the wheel next to it.

Here's another champagne colored version:

Its very close to true silver but with a shade of gold or bronze in it.

I will look around for a side shot.

225/45-17s would fit on the rims but 215/45-17s would be a better size IMO for the 7" width.

Opinions as in fit or appearance? Definitely fit and IMO would look good too, similar to the 05 GT wheels as above. Easy to clean as well.

Yeah, they are a BG specific wheel for JDM spec models. For aussie cars though they came on both GTB's and RSB's. RSB was a special edition BD Legacy RS.

i got them for 300. i could have gotten some other wheels for a little more but i want individuality. i want to not be riding around with rotas or what not (no offense). i just wanted something that was at least a 17" wheel, had a right offset, gives my car individuality, and is somewhat flashy. i'll have pix soon. i washed the car but it just rained so i want to rewash before any pix.

Of course you'll PM me if you find another set.

<- currently sporting LGT wheels in winter, and 04 STi wheel in the summer.

I'm always looking for a good set of factory upgrades.
