Default 02 ECU in a 05?

i am trying to sell my ECUtek on my 05. my question is will a 02 03 04 ECU fit in my car? and what are the pros and cons of it?

no..02/03 can interchange..5 ecu plugs

Parse, sentence, that does not.

I know people running 02 and 03 ECUs in 04s. I have heard it is possible in the 05 as well. But that is the classic, "I know this guy who said..."

well the 02/03 ECU is better is it not? because there is no timing in the cross over between open loop and close loop?
