Maximum depth for front speaker install on a 99 GT?
I would like to upgrade the speaker set in the front and rear hear soon but I want to make sure they are not too deep. I guess if they are a little to deep and can always make a spacer ring to space it.
Anyway does anyone know the maximum depth a speaker can be and still fit in the stock door location without hitting anything behind it? Thanks Brad

IIRC it was 1 3/4" depth. You can use a spacer to bring the speaker out a bit so you can fit larger magnets.
