Default Cheaper Subydude

Just thought I would let everyone know, if they didn't already.
Before you buy anything from Subydude, check e-bay first.
I was about to buy 18x8 torques from their site for $750 plus shipping, which turned out to be like $98. Total close to $848.
Well, I decided to look on e-bay.
The same rims, from Subydude, 18x8 bronze Torques, were for a "Buy It Now" price of $650 with a $80 flat rate shipping to lower 48.
Thats $730 total. Less than wheels alone on website.
I'm not bashing anyone at all, just thought people should know that deals are out there if you look.

Kinda sucked to see that.
Just glad I did and saved 100 bucks.
And hope to pass it along.

I don't know, not really bad service.
If someone else wants to add it there, I'm not.

That's odd. I recall his pricing used to be 'shipped', as in... the prices quoted were prices w/shipping included. I wonder if it's just a typo?

I was trying to buy some torques from him back in the summer, but he was sold out of what I wanted (and I didn't want to wait)... but I am pretty sure the price I was quoted was in the 700 range 'shipped'? I recall seeing his e-bay ads at the time and the price + shipping on those ads tended to come out w/in $10 or so of the subydude-site price... i.e, the sale price of the wheels was broken out from the shipping costs, but the total was about the same.

Anyway, I guess I'm just saying that there -might- be some website weirdness?? The guy has a solid rep w/NASIOC'ers from what I've seen.

Just PM him. I've had no problems getting him to match prices. In fact, he offered me 675 shipped for a set of Rota Boosts (below ebay price).

I already bought the rims from him, my point is they were cheaper on e-bay than his site.

thank you. there must be a spike in the Member # vs IQ picture at ur member number.

this is old news. and very common among MANY merchants, nabisco and beyond. those that have excess inventory may opt to dump some of it onto ebay.

caveat emptor, suckas!
