Default Tein Super Street Damper with P/U coilover ~help needed

I bought and installed the Tein Super Street Damper with P/U coilover the beginning of December 05, and I was adjusting the damper on it to setting 8 (the mid setting) and the front right damper adjuster was completely loose, and only could tighten or loosen, there is no clicking.

My question is there anyone out there with a Tein coilover with an adjustable damper (flex, or Super Street) that has the same problem? Also how is the customer service of Tein? I live right next to their office in Downey, so I thought I could drive down there for service on it. Or is there anything that I can do to fix it? Thank you all in advance.

Michael

I think I hit a really bad pot hole when I first got my car, and busted my suspension arm, and I didn't realize that I may of done it till now.

The OEM suspension on the front right was dead when I took it off, and now the front right Tein SS is giving me problems.

I think I need to first get my suspension arm checked, then send the tein in to get repaired. ARRRG!
