Default Putting a '05 double head unit in a '07 single head unit?

Our clarion single head unit in our '07 works but doesn't give the cds back. I found a double unit from a '05. What do I have to do to put it in my '07? Will it look factory? Are they the same width? Will i need to buy the brackets for a double unit, or can I use the one off my single unit? It looks like there's one black plug in back that's different on the two units, will I need it? What does it do?

studying more pictures of the two units online, it looks like all the plugs on the back are different except the antenna.

They should be a direct swap. No extra parts needed. Reuse your brackets. Depending on the model, the 05 may have a preout for the sub; that might be the black plug you are seeing.
