Subaru sells an 18mm and 19mm for the older Legacys or you could look in the salvage yards for a wagon with air suspension(LS model) or a 92-94 turbo sedan for the 18mm or a 91 turbo sedan for the 19mm.

(Edited for additions)

I have a 90 wagon that just had a 92 transplant Ralliespec put a 18mm rear sway bar on it. When I pick it up tommorrow I give it a test drive and tell you how it is. I was in that process before but the engine died. I have 205/50vr16's with goodyear ultra's on it.

BeAn, The rear sway bar I got only cost around 180 and it was new. You will find out that it will be difficult to find parts for the 90-94 year cars. If you can check the 2.5 North East Subaru Club and look in the Goshen trip pictures and you will see my car it is the only old legacy (tan) in there. With the name that came from that meeting it is an old car with some paint coming off on the front bumper and being awd like a duck. See I like to go into puddles not afraid to get it dirty.

I have a new 19mm bar for a 91 turbo Legacy if some one needs one. I bought
it to put on my 92 Legacy and then I bought a turbo Legacy, so it's never been installed. You'd need to get bushings from Teague's, etc.

I have the JC Sports front strut bar. It's mainly eye candy and doesn't affect your ride all that much. If you drive your car REALLY hard, I imagine it'd serve it's intended purpose, other than that, you won't notice any signifigant changes.

I disagree with SG's statment! After instaing a GAB strut brace the turn in on corners was much improved. I also developed a slight pull on high crowned roads. The front doors also shut better when the front wheels are off the ground.(jack or stands) The front suspension will also benefit from installing the STI engine mounts. They seem to stiffen the crossmember.
