ach, tony_subaru, you don't know.....

It has super sticky 285's in the rear, and 255's in the front. The suspension is taken from the Ford racing team and utilizes The a MacPherson strut independent front suspension with Reverse L lower control arms, and a solid-axle, three-link rear suspension with coil springs and a Panhard rod for precise control of the rear axle.

This car can grip.
This is not your daddy's Mustang.

And I can be honest in saying that I lust over one.

It has too many extra cylinders for me. Aside from that i severly hate mustangs because half the rednecks around here get them and do the classical flowmaster and go around tryin to race everyone.

Hahaha

"power dome hood" aka - Oh crap we put so much stuff in there the hood wont close now, what do we do???

heheh, aside from the after thought engineering in the car i think its gorgeous, and if it werent for the grotesquely cheap feeling interiors in teh new mustangs I'd jump all over one. Took a few for test drives, but even with the upgraded interior package the inside is still all uncomfortable, hard, gross to touch plastic bits.

When ford comes out with a Eddie Bauer edition shelby mustang I think they may convice even more people to go that way

Powerdome hood - that one bugs me too. Why couldn't they just call it what it is, a cowl hood, rather then give it some yuppie corporate badge. "yeah, my car's sweet and really fast because it has a POWERdome hood! Check out that dome with all the power!"

But I really like the exterior of the car. The interior, I don't know. I sat in a GT at last years Autoshow and it seemed a little awkward but functional - didn't sit in it long enough to figure out whether I found it comfortable or not.
