Default New Guy With Some Great Questions

Hi guys as you can see i am the new guy and have alot of questions. I went and test drove a new 2002 blue subaru impreza WRX sedan manual and loved it. I really want to go back and get it but I need to know about aftermarket parts. I am looking for a exhaust, cold air intake, wing and maybe lowering springs. Can anyone elpe me. If not I may have to go Prelude. So please help.

There are plenty of aftermarket parks for the car. Use the search button and look for any of these parts and I'm sure you will be overwhelmed with information.

Unhappy ????

Id think about modifying your car right after you get it. Id seriously wait until your warranty runs out. Anything you do aftermarket will probaly void your warranty. Of course things like a new spoiler or tinting windows and upgrading audio probaly wont, but exhaust, intake and lowering spring could possibly cause you pain in the long run. Just my opinion

Thumbs down

Ewww dude, don't get a prelude. Even though I'm not crazy about the looks of the WRX (mainly the gaudy looking wheels), I think there is NO comparison between the two. The WRX wins in just about every category. You might pay a few more bones for the WRX but you are getting a 227 HP (damn), AWD (good in slippery conditions), Turbo-charged (easily beefed up) car. The aftermarket for the WRX is strong. I'm not totally sure, but i would venture to say it is becoming even more strong than the mediocre Prelude.
