From what I hear, those tires are officially all-season, so they can be used in the rain and snow, but they are heavily biased towards dry pavement performance. Correct me if I'm wrong.

nah i wont say that i like them pretty much on every surfaces but i really need to change them for wider tire because of my rims.
Not because of performance wise .

Uhh, if they were a seventeen inch tire, then maybe you could get them to fit a different rim size, but they are 18 inch tires - there is just nothing you can do.
