Default could someone do me a favor? Near Lowell,MA

I am going to be moving to this area within 2 weeks, but I am not able to check out the apts in the area. I found one that seems to be nice, if someone could check it out for me and take a few pics and just tell me how the area is, that would be much appreciated. Here is the address:

Princeton Park
678 Princeton Blvd.
Lowell, MA 01851

Thanks in advance!

thats down by the college and a decent area. pretty quiet, a nice carwash right there where lots of ricers hang out, but its a nice carwash for that reason, lots of nice cars to be seen i nthe summer.

a couple nice parks along the river right in the area and the riverwalk. this is where me & the GF walk the dog in the summers and she takes the dog to a park right near there most winter days too.

lowell isnt the greatest down in the acre, highlands, or downtown...but everything else is pretty nice. its gotten alot better since the days of old. alot of people still give it a super bad reputation, i think its down to just normal bad at this point j/k

pretty much, dont bother people and you wont get bothered. dont flaunt your car either...esp if you have a honda as your name suggests. lots of honda ricers in the area. ive never had a problem w/ my car and ive lived in 3 different apts in lowell, 2 in the acre, and one in the highlands. egged once but that was probably random, and it didnt hit paint so whatever.

either way i really do enjoy living & working in Lowell.

oh, theres lots of little bars, pubs, etc here so plenty to do. and the summers are FULL of all kinds of ethnic festivals, music festivals, bbq fests...you name it. lowell is predominately cambodian & puerto rican, and not all of them are bad. so please dont let it scare you off.

feel free to PM or ask any other questions.

i can probably drive by there saturday. itll be dark anytime i have a chance during the week.

I've lived in Lowell most of my life. That area isn't so bad. Even the Acre isn't so bad these days. (Lived there, too.) Lowell has the worst rating available for car insurance so that hurts a little.

I saw your other post. Ayer/Fitchburg may be a little cheaper/less crime but Lowell would give you better access to things. Boston is about 30 minutes, 495/3 interchange is nearby, Lowell businesses, etc. Most of what you need is right there at Drum Hill.

If you do go with Lowell, just stay south of the river, like Princeton, or the commute will suck.

I used to live in Princeton and never had trouble, but I wasn't there long. I prefer the mill apts. downtown (like Mass Mills) but I've heard the rent has gone way up in that area. I really liked Lowell Crossing in South Lowell. Quiet neighborhood, probably a bit safer than Princeton, and close to the highways. It used to be gated on a dead end, but I think the gates are always open now.

It's not a bad area, but there is a decent amount of car theft around there. It's generally pretty safe though.

its SUPER quiet over in that area. pretty nice. near the connector and 495 and 38 which is good access to lots of stuff.

kinda corny looking building but i like the stuff w/ a little more charachter. thats just me.

you can also check MILL CITY PROPERTIES but i dont think theyre a great one to go w/ for a lowell noob. some of their properties are nice, some arent...theyre my landlords now and in my apt 2 apts ago. if you have a dog these are the poeple to go with, if not id overlook them for now unless a downtown loft is open which i doubt.

I dont have any pets, so I am not worried about that. Some of the Mill city props seem nice!

This sure is a pain trying to find a place without being able to see it and the area.
