Default 99 RHD sti converstion probs

ok, so im so freaken pissed right now. i saw a front clip on ebay from Superior Trading International. the auction ended and it didnt sell, so i called for a price on it. he droped off a little and i was happy telling him to get the clip on the way.
on ebay it said the clip had approx. 53000 miles
i converted my 97 2.2l impreza into a 99 RHD STI over christmas break (what a task) but i finally got it done and have been jetting around like a madman. i have been so excited my past 200 miles or so i didnt look at the miles...when i did it said 160000Km which as you probably know is about 90000 miles!
thats problem number one.
problem number two- on sharp turns the stearing is trying to binde. i havent been able to trace the problem exactly, but i think its the stearing columb knuckle.

problem number three- i have a slight turbo whine i think its from some play in the bearings, but i have only driven two other turbos (and you know how thrilled you get and dont even pay attention to **** like that for a while)
pluse its right hand drive so the turbo is right infront of me. i dont know how much is acceptable.

if you got any impute let me know
thanx

ok, i talked to my local subaru guru and he said the "crabwalking" problem is comming from the clutch pack in the rear of the diff/transmission. hopfully a little additive will fix this, but im trying to work things out with superior trading international involving atleast the turbo and who knows what else.
