Default What year is this JDM ECU?

I'm trying to confirm the year of this JDM ECU. Does anyone know how to decode this part number? 22611 AC700 / A18-000 D21 / 5927.

Thanks,
Nick

Thanks for the help guys. I tried the openecu.org website. If that doesn't work I'll try Subaru.
