its a photoshop, and the real version better be a lot more different than the passat 'sedan'.

It is a photochop... but then again, I am not sure why some people use that term like it is a bad thing - every image published in magazines or online for the last 5+ years has had some editted work done to it in Photoshop.
It looks like they probably based these images on spy shots of the real car (probably disquised), and they combined it with peices/parts from photos of the current Passat sedan. |

The new Passat looks very good. No wonder that "artist interpretation" also looks classy.
VW needs to get their pricing straight though. The Jetta is totally pricing itself out of the small car market, and the Passat is expensive enough to eat into the Audi territory. |
