Question V9 Spec C cluster into 06 USDM WRX

Hello,
Recently I've bought a v9 Spec C JDM cluster intended to install into MY06 USDM WRX. the cluster came with a grounding pin(last pic) to be used in the Forester but Im not sure what he grounded...However after reading some threads about common STi clusters into same year or older WRX's, I'm confused if V9 Spec C is any different from an actual V9 STi cluster (tried searching for a technical document for Spec C cluster to observe their pins layout). I realize that there are several modifications to be made in order to fix ABS, r.diff temp, cruise & outside temp.
I want get this installed after taking the cluster to a shop to match mileage. Any instructions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Tell me how to do it step by step. thanks.

current mileage on cluster is 50,000 kms, current mileage on my usdm wrx is 125,xxx miles.
