Default 96 Impreza Goin jdm Ej20t

What up guys, I got another one im installing a 94 jdm ej20t engine into my cousins 96 impreza w/a 1.8 5spd... we go a the complete front clip it is from automatic car, we got a act clutch setup and im doing the installation this weekend... does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do with the wiring keep in mind the harness is a auto harness and his car is a stick i would really appreciate the help ..... thanks

also we are willing to pay someone to help us wire it up if interested in coming up to pa

i think older ecu's would run either auto or manual. but you'd need the 94's ecu(hoping its gonna run either) vs the 96's ecu. and they probably expect to plug into it at emissions stations(again assuming its needed). hope this helps some! -keith
