are you nuts? the 16x7 wheels go for $400-500 easy on the boards... the WRX wheels go for $250 at best... why are you trying to get rid of the better wheel?

I agree, you'd be nuts to do it.

If you really wanted to though, I've always thought the gunmetal Baja 5 spokes would look tight on an RS. I bet one of the guys on the Baja board would swap with you, or someone who's got new wheels would sell theirs cheap?

well theyre cheaper just cause there's more of them, that doesnt necessarily mean theyre worse. however, they are a half an inch wider, which i hope doesnt keep me up at night but basically im in love with the split 5 spoke design and would like to keep my car in a sort of off-the-lot clenliness type of OE look and therefore those rims fit the book. now if i can only find some in gunmetal...

PS i really really do wish they were teh same width

texasS...there are baja gunmetal rims? cause honestly thats what im really really looking for is some OE gunmetal...the wrx rims are in different countries and id LOVE some legacy b4 rsk rims but that aint happenin...these are teh only rims ive seen on bajas

are there other ones that im missin...? cause that sounds like what im goin for

as far as I know, no 7" wide rims are available in a 16 in the US other than the RS wheels...

the baja wheels are 53mm offset iirc... if not they are 48mm...

Baja wheels Offset: 48mm

I'll be around Austin this weekend if you want to check my wheels out just to see how they look.

There's also the chunky six spoke design that have gold-ish tint on the inner struts of the wheel...

I THINK but can't be sure they used the same 5 spoke design non-gunmetal on some of the Legacies, but they were +53 offset I believe.

Texas S - could you definitely give me a shout or something if its no problem and you are going to be around austin this weekend? i would very much like to take a look

danzborin - do you have tires you would be leaving on the wheel? what size are they and how much tread? im kinda afraid the stock rubber sidewalls might be a bit tall and look too "truckish"
