Default Fog light covers where there are no fog lights..

Any ideas on how to secure foglight covers on my 02 WRX. I had a FMIC installed where removal of fogs was necessary and they dremelled the black plastic to death that surrounds the fog light. So even if i ever want to replace the lights - i couldn't. Any ideas on covers and mounting them to stay in place.
Thanks

not very familiar with the fog housing on the bugeyes but you could always fiberglass some sort of brackets to the rear of the hole and stick it on that way. just a idea

are the little slots between the black plastic and the color'd part of the still intact?

b/c the fog covers on a bug slide into there.

I ran mine without brackets for a loooooooooong time and they never fell off . Depends if theft is a problem in your area though .

Thanks guys - i like the idea of fabricating a bracket so attach to. I just wanted to get a few opinions on the matter. Thanks a ton guys. I 'll probably order the knockoffs since I hear the STI genuine covers look and mount no different.
