Question Wagons, 17x7.5 & 17x8 wheel/tire specs please

I wanted to compile a useful list of all wrx wagon owner's experiences with 17x8 and 17x7.5 wheels AND tires. I am looking to get a new set of wheels (preferably 8inchers) and would like empirical data to make the best decision. I would like to know:

1) wheel size (17x7.5 or 17x8)
2) Offset
3) Manufacturer
4) tire size
5) Tire manuf.
6) rolled fender lips front and rear?
7) and handling issues? (scrub radius?)
8) Big brake kits? (subaru 4 pots? Stoptech's? etc)

I've done a search, read the sticky post, but still can not come up with a particular fitment. Any help is much appreciated.

1) wheel size (17x7.5 or 17x8): 17x7.5, 18x7.5, 17x8
2) Offset: +48, +48, +48
3) Manufacturer: Rota Action, Rota Tarmac II, Rota Torque
4) tire size: 225/45-17, 225/40-18, 235/40-17
5) Tire manuf: Continental ContiExtremeContact, Bridgestone SO-3, Toyo RA1 & Kumho V700
6) rolled fender lips front and rear? Front and rear fenders rolled.
7) and handling issues? (scrub radius?). No problems, just advantages. IMO
8) Big brake kits? (subaru 4 pots? Stoptech's? etc): Stoptech front BBK.

Resurrecting this thread. Seems like there's been a lot of questions about wheels and tires from wagon owners lately.

1) 17x8
2) 48 (I think)
3) Rota slipstream
4) 225 45 r17
5) Hankook Ventus R2S
6) no rolling
7) a little bit of oversteer (hotchkis swaybars) and a good chuck of negative camber, especially in the rear. Used camber bolts to get enough camber. Without camber it rubs.
8) Stock brakes

If you plan on using the 17s for daily driving definitly roll the fender. I only use my 17s for autocross (wife complains about the ride of the 17s).

Default Rolling?

I am running 18 X 8 Torques with Falkin 451s with no rub stock. I am sure once I adjust the camber and put the Eibach spring set up 1.4" lower I will run into rolling issues. Anyone have any suggestions of who to look for to do this task? Body shop, tuner shop?

Thanks,
JIm
