Question towing a small trailer...

I really like the idea of a fast, counter-culture, corvette killer pulling my race bike to the track. I asked the service manager at the dealership if I could mount a trailer hitch to the WRX and he said that subaru doesn't offer one. I would really like to stay away from the outback and get the wrx rocket to occasionally tow a two bike flat trailer to and from race tracks.

Has anyone looked into towing with the WRX? What have you found? tia, y'all!

that is such BS.... I had my dealer install the Subaru TS trailer hitch. It fits fine, bolts up to where the rear tie downs are mounted. The directions state that you need to trim the rear bumper skin, but after the mechanic asked me if I wanted too, we both agreed that it was not nessesary.

Currently I am only using the hitch for a bike rack, but I plan to tow a small 3.5' by 4' trailer so I don't have to put my race tires in the car.
