Question Who has a MY02 TS Wagon?

How much did you get it for if you don't mind my asking? A friend of mine is looking to get one... either that or a Focus...

'02 TS invoice price $20,605

I've verified this with another source and it's within a few dollars.

Cool! You guys think specialty will give the car @ invoice? I guess I'll ask when the time comes for bargaining... but first, I have to convince my friend it's a better car than a Focus...

I suggest, invoice + $500 or invoice + 3-5%. PDI is $800+ though.

Default TS Mags?

Hi, I'm the friend...

The TS comes with steels wheels and covers, but I want mags. Is there a factory option to put mags on it? How much are they?

Thanks! ;D

Keep the steelies buy aftermarket, I think it's cheaper to have aftermarket than OEM... besides, if you have the steelies, we can put 'em on my car when we go TSD'ing.

Really? I swear my friend's TS wagon has 15" mags. My bad... I just asked him and they are steelies. If you want mags, I'd say go aftermarket. OZ or Speedlines are good.

You can get a set of the optional 15" brushed Aluminum Wheels for $379.50 USD here:

https://ssl.autocenter.net/webparts/...rance_624.html

Personally, I'm waiting to see what kind of selection there will be after the winter. I've been told that a lot of wheel manufacturers are scrambling to make wheels with the correct offset now that the WRX has arrived.

So there is no stock option to order a TS with mags... ;(

Do the WRX and RS have the same suspension setup as the TS? Swaping wheels wouldn't change the offset or anything?

;D

I'm sure you could order mags in at the same time as your car order. But trust us, that it will cost way more than buying aftermarket rims.

WRX & RS & TS all have different suspension. Checkout the suspension forum for all of the details. It's not changing the rim which affects your offset. Your car is 53mm. offset. Running the improper offset will make your tires rub when cornering. 45+ is the bare minimum you should be looking at. 47+ is comfortable. I am running Prodrive OZ rims which are specific to Subaru with a 52 or 53+ offset.

i have heard the new gen is 55 offset or sth??? or it's just the design of the rim (like width or sth) that make it sits more inside?

don't worry guys RS/WRX will fit just perfect on TS wagon....

check out subaruparts.com.... they have 15inch stock acessories wheels for 380$ USD for 4..... which are new.......

Do u plan to autoX your car??? if u do, u should get those becoz they are 15inch and the same offset as the steelies that come with the car, as a result i could use those alloys without have any penalty points.. and use that 1 point allowed in stock for sway bar! hehe..

will people stop making me want a Rex wagon??? damn you people! have some mercy and don't make me go out and get a grocery getter!

dhouldsw: well, a suggestion besides getting the OZ or other aftermarket rims is to look for people selling their used rims.

Take it with a grain of salt, but I have a feeling this number should be accurate, since my figures for the other trims were real close:

WRX sedan/wagon = $31,660 invoice
