Post Which exhaust should I get?

If $1500 were available...which exhaust system would you get for your (MY99 Legacy 2.5 GT) Suby???

1. MRT all aluminum headers, high flow cat, and cat back exhaust

2. WAIT!!!...for MRT stainless steel version

3. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and cat back exhaust

4. Borla 2nd. Gen. headers and Apexi stainless steel cat back exhaust

5. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and Stromung's stainless steel version of the single tip cat back exhaust

6. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and 5 Zigen stainless steel cat back exhaust

7. Borla 2nd Gen. headers and BPM twister cat back exhaust

8. ...or no headers...just one of the cat back exhaust listed above

looking for the best exhaust system for a natural aspirated vehicle!!!

I already have a Stromung rear section exhaust...it doesnt even start at the cat which sucks!!! Sounds nice...not a huge difference in gains!!!

Please choose one, and give a brief explaination why!!! Which one sounds the best...No Honda/Acura high pitch sounds wanted! Pics would be nice as a reference for those of you who have an exhaust system

Thanks everyone!!!

Seriously, If you already have a Stromung,(STAINLESS???) why not go down to your local performance muffler shop (NOT MIDAS) and get a mandrel bent cat-back to the Stromung fixed up? Either in 2.25" or 2.5". If you are not happy with that set up then off to the Borla 2nd Gen headers. You should be able to keep all of the stuff down wind of the cat.
Oh well, it was just a suggestion. I am always looking for the cheapest way to do things.

Cool

They don't call you crazy for nothing do they? Why not start off with the Borla to a high flow cat. stainless stell mandrell tubing to your Stromung. This I say would not be cheap by any stretch. My two friends that have Stromungs swear by them, they will never buy anything else. In their opinion that is the best muffler on the market. If $ is no object why not go with the STi or the Scoobysports? that alone would be in the $600 range. I would love to be in your quandary. Best of luck
