100 Acre Woods

Feb. 24-25, 2006

Salem, Missouri

Round 2 of the Rally America National Championship
Trespassers Wil - 100AW Regional Rallies

This is the first Rally America season with 100 Acre Woods National Rally on the schedule. It was placed to bridge the gap between the Sno*Drift and the Oregon Trail rallies. I'm sure there are people who know more about it than myself, so post up. I'll just keep all the general information in this first post.

Didn't want to bump my last thread unnecissarily, but I still wanted to share this:

Matt has a different car he's debuting at the 100AW supposedly. I liked the spray-painted stripes on this one though...

Ouch...I didn't realize he did so much damage with the roll at SnoDrift.

What's wrong with "Don't Pooh yourself?!" I think that's brilliant!

NC Rally is getting ready. The engine fire was caused by the motor overheating and melting the pistons, which seems to be a fuel starvation problem. The motor is currently at Autosport Engineering for repairs, and the car is at North Coast getting ready for a full body wrap to be debued at 100AW. I might sit this one out too, haven't decided yet, but $350 from NYC to STL isn't in my budget! I'd rather go to Oregon.

Well I was going to go but it will not work out this year.
I got my hands on Mike Halley's old Nissan 720 P/U that he used to rally. It had been sitting for a while and I got it back in working order. I'll probably make the rally sprint they are planning out here. Here is a pic of it before I started work on it.

Anyone know any specs about his new car? Looks like its an 01 model. Is Prodrive involved with this possibly?

The NC Rally crew are all on their way out... without me...

I was going to drive out in the newly pimped service truck, but Otis left NY to finish the car at Autosport last week. Didn't feel like buying a ticket to STL, so I'm stuck watching it online!
