Default Probably not MSPaint, but it almost looks like it.

And the company that offered this car for sale wanted the public to think the pic was real

I know this pic is old as dirt, but I figure some OT folks could make this car look more realistic.

Yes, it's old as dirt. The company said it was a photochop right off the bat, if I remember correctly.

I don't think 90% of people could tell that is a photochop. We are all so used to looking for chops we have the ability to find them, but the general public wouldn't be able to tell. They just don't know what to look for.

We had some sales material for a new product printed up and our sales manager was real proud of it... He was showing it around the office and whatnot. When I saw it, I said "Nice Photoshop work.", as you could tell there wasn't a whole lot of "real" pics of the product, they were nearly all chopped in to stock backgrounds and settings.

No one else had noticed, and he got pissed enough about it to have the brochures redone.

In that photo's case, i think it does a good job in getting the concept across to the casual viewer.

Is it believeable that that was an actual photgraph taken with an actual convertible? No. But it shows you what to expect, its more of a concept drawing.

and at the Holla!

OT has given me an expert eye at noticing photochops/airbrushing. If you look in any maxim, you can tell that they heavily airbrush the crotchal regions to remove camel toe lines, shaving bumps, unsightly stray hairs....but you can def. tell that there has been some work done. it makes the pics of half naked ladies not very fun to look at when you consider that you're looking at manipulated pixels, not snatch.

I've noticed this with the FHM magazines too.

I wonder if they doctor the photos in the UK editions. Ya know, in those they allow about half a nipple.

There really needs to be an FHM/Maxim style mag for adults-only with all the good photos. Playboy is halfway there, but their writing simply sucks.
