boost drops off while accelerating

I've noticed that while I'm cruising on 4th (4eat), when I hit the gas to moderately accelerate at low RPMs, the boost builds up and then suddenly drops 2-3 psi.. I can feel the drop in power when the boost dips... at first, I thought it was my transmission lockup, but the rpm doesn't change... according to the logs, my primary wastgate duty cycle drops off to 0, and that's when the boost falls off.. it really makes the car feel slow when the boost falls off... My IAM is at 16..

any idea why this happens?

I'm cobb stage 2.. USDM WRX 4EAT

the last column is wastegate duty cycle% and 3rd last is boost..
