Default everything was working and now i have 5 codes...help

when we had all the wires out and unwrapped, EVERYTHING was working. After we put the heater core/blower assembly in and had all the wires taped, we now get 5 codes...

P0122 TPS Circuit A Low Input
P0118 Engine Coolant High Input
P0108 MAP/BARO High Input
P1086 Manifold Control, A/F Metering, Aux emissions control
P1088 Manifold Control, A/F Metering, Aux emissions control

we had none of these before we taped everything. the car ran perfectly. i removed all the tape and there appears to be no cut wires or anything.

any ideas guys...

SMJ bolt not tightened, fixed a few days ago. only two minor non-engine bugs left.

The SMJ (super multiple junction) is the big grey harness connector with a 10mm bolt. It joins the front and bulkhead harnesses.
