For one, it's a 7pt not including the option bar.
For two, GO BUY ONE BRAND NEW. www.speedalliance.com will gladly order you one(call them to order though, their website sucks), I picked mine up from them in person back when I lived in Cali.

That's what I thought. The wheel wells are in the exact same place on the sedan/wagon and the front dash is the same too.

You're welcome to come by any time(I work from home so I'm here all day every day) and test fit it if you'd like. We could put the whole thing together in your car, but not drill/bolt it in without needing to remove/cut/drill anything. I've heard it fits, but have never seen it tried.

The wheelbase is the same, the front seats are in the same place, the dash is in the same place - there's no reason it shouldn't fit.

I'm not sure how old it is matters, but it's <2 years old. I bolted it in some time during mid '04, moved out here and it's been on the floor in my spare room now for almost a month since I traded the wrx in. It was inside my wrx, not much(0) wear and tear went on in there...

It's already way cheaper than retail. $1000 is as low as I'll go. There's nothing wrong/worn-out with it.
