Audi Engine Scheme
Audi has moved most of their line to the new FSI direct injection, higher-compression engines including:
1.8T I-4->2.0T I-4 (200hp) 3.0 V-6 N/A->3.2 V-6 N/A (255hp) 4.2 V-8 N/A in RS4 (414hp) 5.2 V-10 N/A in S6 (420hp) 5.2 V-10 N/A in S8 (450hp) What will be replacing the 4.2L naturally aspirated V-8 that is currently in the S4 and A8 models making 340hp? Another 4.2L but in detuned form from the RS4's or a higher output version of the V-6? Anyone know what will go in the next version of the S4?
