Default Cobb Ap Question for 06 WRX

I recently purchased this and I was wondering if the 06's needed an initialization connector? It seems I have everything except these connectors. Just wondering if these were needed to flash my ECU?

Thanks Uncle Scotty. Was a little uncertain, because the manual was for 2002-2005.
