Exclamation ForesterPerformance's Website

There was some concern by someone here the other day that my website did not work. I spent a little time tonite and I can assure you that now it does work. Give it a try, if you would be so kind, and let me know how it goes.

www. foresterperformance.fanspace.com

If it doesn't work for you, let me know what version of Internet Explorer you are using. I know it works with v5.5. (what I run at home). Not sure what version I have at work (on a Win98 laptop) but it didn't want to work from there yesterday.

Maybe that's the problem. If you can't get the links to work for you, and you would like them to, try upgrading. It is probably due to this. (Since the site was authored with Frontpage2000)...

Thumbs up

That was me - was having probs with the links. All seems to be working fine now in both IE5.5 and Netscape 5.0. Thanks a bunch for maintaining your useful and entertaining website.

Forester -

I was eager to check out your site, but doesn't work with either of my browsers.

Netscape 6.0 & IE 5.1 Preview running on Mac OS X. I seem to get wierd Java problems (Netscape calls for a plug in it can't find, and it just crashes IE). I'll try it at work on my NT machine though! I'm too impatient though!

it may be Frontpage related. That web editor is so bloated with microsoft proprietary code it's sick. But the only thing I can say is make sure you have all the upgrades for your web browsers. If that doesn't work, there's not much you can do besides the web page being redone without the Frontpage extensions...

Good luck, and it's an awesome web page. I visit it frequently

NO SIR!!! I am not a vendor. I sell nothing. I make no money from the website whatsoever. (Not even from banner clicks, nothing!)

When I got my Forester, I started looking for stuff for it. Had a lot of trouble finding anything. Even the Subaru vendors didn't have (or know) much concerning the Forester. After a couple of months of digging and saving everything to my H/D, I thought to myself "Why not put out this info all in one place so that other people with Foresters won't have to look as hard as you did for answers..."

And that's what I did.

No problem. Link away. When your site gets finished, I'll add a link to it too. And since you seem the most Forester-Friendly of all the vendors so far, I'll put yours at the top.

BTW: In your logo, what does the Kanji-script japanese say (in red?)

Cool. I apologise for my ignorance in assuming that it was japanese, but it did look like Kanji.

I like your philosophy about dealing straight. I have had alot of trouble with some of the other vendors in the past, (I'm sure you know which one, since you are a local and have probably had the same problems) saying they sent packages that never show up and stuff like that. People don't expect miracles from you vendors, but we do expect the truth.

As I offered before, anything I can do for you to help your business and marketing, let me know. I work cheap. Not free, but cheap. I always can use something for my 2 Subarus. And good luck.

don tbe sorry....most peole think its japanese cuz japanese do use more complex lettering...since all asians understand it u didn tmake a mistake....hell i thought it was japanese as well hahah

sure if i need any help i ll ask ya....but i liek doin things for myself since i learn as i go along......my next thing is to learn how to fill out this damn customs sheet....good lord....i might jus hire a broker for now....

yeah sometimes things don t go smoothly like my suppilier didnt kno it was out of stock or shippin delays because of customs checkin it...so on....so many probs that can happen.....so i try to anticipate those probs and prevent it b4 it could or does happen...so i always consider everythin sometimes too much(for example the air plane crashes and my stuff is in the Pacific, but then floats to cali and gets shipped to me later hahaha) but i look for every possible problem that can occur and prevent it and triple checkin....so far i made 5 sti orders two really big ones and 3 small things......and on top of that from random companies i also deal with for special orders....and i have no probs yet....u kno jus learnin how everythin goes findin out whats taxed and not.....how i can ship the cheapest thru each shippin co.....lets jus say my shippin cost has no exceeded over $500 yet comin in from Japan even an order for over $6,000

i have the tendency to finish everythin to the best of my ability not to be like big headed or anythin but like say a PS2 game if i start the game and liek it i will beat the game.........metal gear soild 2 was too easy i think i couldve beaten in it in one day if i didn t watch all the talkin....hahaah

but when i start soemthin i liek to finish it and finish it better then i started it...my French teacher madame G said to me "you should never stay the same, its either u improve or u don t.....so which way do you want to go?"
