Default 100% inj. duty on stock turbo 11psi

ok so im tuning with my utec on my 02' wrx and at 11psi with the stock turbo and injectors, raised fuel pressure, full custom fuel rails with -6an feeds, walbro 255lph, and 7000rpm im getting a bunch of 100% inj duty's. my a/f's are at about 11.2-11.4.... im just lost, any suggestions?

You can consistently log this? Any gear? Can you post lots? Straight line acceleration?

I saw my injectors max out pretty bad once, and even got some knock due to it, but subsequently could never log it again, only see 88-92%. I think that incident was due to low fuel level and hard cornering.

i'll throw up a log tomorrow. as for it not happening much, well if i was to say that, i would be lying. it happens everytime i log consistantly. the weird thing is that it never causes knock, ever. and i had gotten some pretty bad knock down low that i had tuned out.
