Default PLX m300 question

From my understanding, when a car runs too rich it can foul up the o2 sensors, but my question is for PLX m300, what's a good number to stay above so i wouldn't mess it up?

if you are tuning it lower than 10.5 then it is too rich.

can anyone else verify that? i would want my car to run between 10-11 anyways, i guess that's a little rich for that sensor huh?
