Default Buttonwillow anyone? 2-26-06 this Sunday

I saw couple Subies signed up, anyone else want to go? There should be some spots left.

I'll be competing in Speedventures' time trial, just look for a silver S2k with number 369 on the sides.

Thank you for the following sponsors,
E-Auto, thanks William
Livesocket Entertainment
Toyo Tires
APR performance, thanks Benny

www.speedventures.com

It's about $180 + $20 for transponder for timing.

This is going to be another time trial I'm getting more serious to participate.
They're rather organized with point systems to classify each individual group, e.g. stock, production/modified, and unlimited class.

I'm running production/modified class, should be interesting though.

There is a Forester XT I believe, dude signed up with a name urassgotpassedbyasuv, runs R-comp tires and did a pretty quick time.

Last time there was a Legacy GT with R-comp tires and stage 2 or something, runs really fast as well.

I'm dropping off my Koyo tomorrow morning to have a puncture repaired. If I can get it back by Friday, then I'm in.

And when I say STi powered, I mean STi powered.

Sweet, Benson (ferrotboy) has been dreaming of your setup for the longest time. I bet you'll be really fast if you have good rubber and suspension setup.

So far I think there are couple STis, Evos and 2 WRX wagons.

Nevermind, the event is full. Others tried to sign up 2 days ago was told there isn't anymore spots.

For the first time, Speedventures is full, I guess KTLA's Eye on LA helped advertised to ppl who has no idea you can track your car.

Hence, there's a guy signed up with his Hyundai Sonata!!

URASSGOTPASSEDBYANSUV was at the last event I ran with these guys. He is indeed very quick and consistant. You can look at lap times from past events on the website. You can also see that most of those high horsepower cars have not so high horsepower drivers.

I think this event will be fun, just to watch.

Ferrari F430 CS vs. Porsche GT3 Cup car

Race S2000 vs. Evo RS

There are so much trash talking on s2ki, it is going to be really interesting.

Yeah, URASSGOTPASSEDBYANSUV's time is good for what he has. Hopefully, I won't be passed by any Subaru or Evo, since I'm going to run intermediate group, cause other groups are already full. Otherwise I usually run advance or advance intermediate.

I make a guy wanted to sell his Boxster S, cause he got spanked so bad by us Subaru drivers (w/ my 04 STi). This time I'm gonna school a bunch of guys with their brand new Cayman S.
