Default Continued boost problems

K im somewhat new here but i think my old post got deleteted...
I have a 04 wrx, & i just realized that for about 5 mo. now I have not been hitting stock boost. In all gears it get to about 9.8 and maybe 10psi if i am lucky.

I Have Tried
Checking for boost leaks
Resetting my ecu
checking to make sure the "pill" in the turbo hose is there(it is)
checking my BOV

Mods I Have
turbo xs RFL BOV
Accessport stage1/91
Hks cat back

I DID have a mbc and then an ebc, but i took them both off for safety reasons.

Next Steps I Plan on Taking
1.) remove/clean FBC
2.) adjust wastegate arm?
3.) buy a new solenoid???

I really dont know what to do next, i have had this problem for so long and just want to get it over with without spending any $$$$$. I only have 26K mi. on the car so i diddnt think the solenoid would be bad. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Make sure the pill is between the turbo nipple and T in the hose... NOT between the T and the wastegate nipple. If that's correct, change the BOV back to the stock one... the RFL might just be leaking or something.

Before you do all of that though, revert to stock on the AP. See where you are at with a stock map... if it's boosting well with that (12.5-13.5) then it's the tune on the AP map.

I tried putting the stock bov back on, no help, tried reverting to stock, no help, now that i think about it, i had this problem before the accessport.
so now i have 2 q's

1.)hondaeater69 did you mean BOV?/what is a bpv?
2.)ok, looking from the passenger side of the motor...

Wastegate ----(hose w/pill)--------T -----too other part

Towards the right side of the car (down in diagram) goes to FBC

IS this right?
