Default Fitting 52mm gauges in stock pod

I have been searching on a how-to thread on fitting 52mm gauges into an old school gc stock gauge pod, but haven't found much. I've heard that some people on here have modded the pod and done it. Any pictures or instructions on how you did it would help a bunch.
Thanks,
Paul

i did it long time ago on the bugeye, im pretty sure the boost gauge hasnt changed since then. i put the omori 52mm boost gauge in replacement of the 45mm stock gauge. is hard to get it in, but u can, just careful not scratch, and dont worry about ripping the stock rubber mount, is tough. just have patients and ask someone to help, it will go in...

I'm not sure if the GC center pod is the same as the GD though.

Does anyone have some good pics of the DC Customs setup? I've heard a few people had/have them.
