Does Syms Grill Fit Stock Bumper OK?

I really want to use this grill. But I saw someone in Canada with it on and it looked horrible, like they didn't get it on the car right. Has anyone tried this?

Same grill but with stock bumper.

it fits fine
but problem is that you need those 3 screw but they aren't there so you have to make some extention to get the screws on
