Yea it's safe, If you only want to run 8psi, because that's the amount of boost you will be running with the restrictor out, what's the reason you want to take it out for??????

when i didnt have my restrictor pill in, there wasnt nothing to regulate the turbo, and the stock solinoid(sp) didnt understand what happend. so i was boosting about 1.8 bar. i just took it out to see what would happen, cuz i was goin a 34 swap anyway.

I Just Want To Know How Many Restrictor 'cause I Wanna Make Sure I'm Not Messing Any Restrictor "pill"

My Car Right Now Only Running 7.5 Of Boost And I've Checked If I Have Vaccum Or Exhaust Leak Plenty Of Times But There's Nothing. And I Think My Factory Boost Solenoid Is Broken .

SO THERE'S ONLY ONE RESTRICTOR "PILL" RIGHT?

You should have asked that in your first post or "How many Restrictor Pills am I Supposed to Have" or "I think I am Missing a Restrictor Pill", not "Is it safe to take it out?"
