Literature on engine management

So, the advent of some of the new logging software has left me with more of an interest in how to actually interpret the values, and what changing them contributes to the performance (or potential damage) of the engine. Mainly for interest, but perhaps with an eye to altering the map in my car at some point.

Does anyone know of a good book that covers the topic? Preferably specific to turbocharged cars. So far, I've found a Boschbook online that seems to cover the basics. Any other thoughts or suggestions?

i just picked up a book at boarders "how to tune and modify engine management systems". $29.99, so far its been very good ( im about half way through the 300 pg book)

Cool, thanks. I'll have to see what's available to me at the local Chapters/Indigo before I go to Amazon. Looks at least like there are several options out there.
