Default Disappointing EJ20T conversion

Help needed to all the gurus here,
I have recently swap my EJ16 to EJ20T block to my ride last week. I am currently disappointed with the results. It seems that after some mods, my ride's feel does not make any much difference to my last EJ16 block.FYI, I do not intend to turbo-charged my ride as the country I'm living in had such strict laws here. Here are some mods I had done & also need your guys feedback:~

1) 2.5RS extractor was installed to my ride
2) 60mm throthle body
3) Spark plug optimizer
4) Electric air charger
5) Will a piggyback ecu solve my acceleration issue & how many ponnies(hp gain) do I expect from the ecu tuning?
6) Is a EJ22 better than EJ20T to be an ultimate NA runner? FYI, I had intended for the EJ22 block because it looks the same as EJ16 & I can't go for EJ25 block as I had mentioned due to the heavy penalties law in my country.
7) I am still on my original 1.6TS manual gearbox & clutch setup . Should I changed to other gearbox & clutch setup in order to improve my acceleration?
8) Do I need to change my differential as well to Rex for example after my gearbox conversion & clutch setup?

Please help me as I am a newbie to Scooby. Thanks all.

um, yeah so that electric air charger, doesnt do jack but hurt your motor. your running a turbo block na so you have no power due to lower compression. if your country knows how to check blocks ill be suprised. adn yeah, if your country has strict limits you just screwed yourself.

singapore??

you must live somewhere in europe or asia, truth is you went about this whole process ALL WRONG. and EJ20t was not what you wanted to use an EJ20 NA block however would have done wonders.

um. you lost power. tear the EJ20 apart and shove in some high comp slugs.

then you might gain somthing

slugs = pistons.
high comp = higher compression, 10:1 or somthing like that would be pretty reasonable

So... you're running a turbo motor sans turbo? Compression ration is going to be way too low, for one. If you want to keep running NA, the yes, the NA EJ22 or the EJ25 are much better choices.

... i'm pretty sure.
