Default Link 44s and hesitation

ok, I did a search and came up with no answer to this.

When I am cruising in 5th, let off the throttle, and then get back on, lightly, like tapping it almost, the engine hesitates, as if bugging, then goes. Wideband is saying its leaning (18's AFR) for that one second as its bugging. Is there a fix for this?

I have:
Link 44s (latest firmware)
STI injectors
Walbro Fuel pump
3" custom exhaust w/ race cat
NGK plugs stem colder
