What front end is that....I'm a Subie Newbie.

Also what is the cost of the Cibie's vs. the Morettes?

Where can I find all these parts, any suggestions on shops?

Thanks in advance.

Question

My initial thought is that I agree with Sybir... But, what is the huge indentation on the side? A screw slot?!

Overall, I think they look great, but (1) they'd require that you have a JDM side blinker, and (2) that indentation seems to mar the overall look here...

I am becoming more and more of a fan of Hippo Sleek.

I'm with Radio Flyer - from the front they look sweet, but that side view doesn't do it for me.

Post Cibie vs. Morrette

I think I prefer the Cibie's. What side indent are people talking about? I can't see it on those pictures. There are a couple of things that I can see that would need to be addressed with the Cibie's though.
1. Protective Lens over the entire light assembly
(see Morrette thread or BMW lights)

2. The turning signal is only front facing, which might mean getting the Euro side marker lights to pass any laws.

3. And this goes for either type of lighting, Are they LEGAL?
as in DOT approved?

That is really the main obstacle keeping me from getting any upgrades in lights other than price.

I'd like to hear what people find on pricing and if they are street legal.

Default Painted?

Im curious how these would look if they were painted to match the car? that might help out with the side view or might just look like cr&p anyone good with photo shop?

according to hyper rev's subaru legacy wagon vol. 17, the cibies (hid) list for 228,000 yen in comparison to the morettes at 98,000 and the giallo clubs at 133,000. sorry, my scanner isn't working right now, but imo they completely change the look of the legacy (in a bad way).
