Default Will COBB AP fix the CEL with HELIX DP?

I'll be getting UP/DP (HELIX) and COBB AP. Does the COBB AP take care of the CEL or do I need the mec. fix???

I have the Helix DP w/ cat and before I got Cobb AP, I had a PO139 "rear o2 sensor circuit slow responce" cel code. After I got AP stage 2 put on, the previous code went away but I picked up a PO420 "catalyst system efficiency below threshold" code. While the weather was cold it stayed away, but when it gets warm (the weather), it comes on a few days after I clear it. I've been told by a few different people that a protune would fix it, that the higher flow is just outside the ecu's parameters.

Hope that helps.
