Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question but I noticed something in your post that caught my attention:

2. Reprogram engine control management system

I didn't know that it was supposed to be reprogrammed at all, much less at 15,000 miles. Can anyone else confirm this?

i think reprogram is just a fancy name for doing a ECU reset.

Talking Dealership service question

Can someone with a US service itinerary, please detail for me the items that are looked after at the 15000Mile service interval?

In Canada the items looked after are:
1. Replace air filter
2. Reprogram engine control management system
3. Rotate and balance all tires, adjust tire pressures
4. Service front and rear brake pads and calipers
5. Top up all fluid levels
6. Lube, oil and filter

For those who have done it, how much did this service cost you?

Right now I'm at 23000km and will be ticking over to 24000km somewhere near Boston when I go on a road trip next week. That corresponds to roughly 15000miles and I would like to get service done at that point but just wanted to make sure the same things are looked after. Thanks!
